The Zones
District 113 has 4 zones.
Each district has a certain structure of leaders including the zone chairmen.
As a zone chairperson, the president ensures that
- Clubs meet the needs of the Lions community and its members;
- that clubs comply with the association's constitution and by-laws;
- that they are aware of the support provided by their district and
- to strive for excellence and continued growth.
The Zone Chairperson is a member of the management team, including the District EME and MLE. He/she is the indispensable link between the clubs in the zone and the district.
He motivates, advises and communicates with the clubs in his zone and promotes the district's programmes and activities. He also keeps the district management team informed about the status of the clubs' projects and shares any concerns and difficulties they may have.
