The Global Action Team helps districts achieve their goals through a unified approach in all key segments of Lions. With district goals at the forefront of its work, the GAT is uniquely positioned from the constitutional area to the club level to help promote positive club membership growth, enhance local Lions visibility through quality service activities, and develop strong and innovative district leaders.

The GAT's network of leaders provides direct support to districts to inspire action at the club level. In addition, the GAT supports the vision of Lions Clubs International and Lions Clubs International Foundation and helps rekindle the flame of service in Lions and Leos.
