The members of the Lions Club Al Lëtzebuerg recently presented a cheque for 5,000 euros to Natalia Pavlik, president of the association "Ukraïnka Luxembourg asbl", at the club's headquarters in Luxembourg City.

With its motto "We Serve", the Lions Club Al Lëtzebuerg thus proves its social commitment and its support for the victims of the war in Ukraine. The donation will finance the transport of essential goods to the devastated areas in Ukraine. This financial aid has been warmly welcomed by this association, which has been active since 2014 and is supported by a small group of women with exemplary courage. They regularly travel to Ukraine to bring aid to the local population and systematically organise humanitarian convoys from Luxembourg.
