On January 18, Action Lions Vaincre le Cancer had invited to the "Legs Kanning" Conference at the BIL headquarters in Luxembourg. The evening saw the presentation of the "Legs Kanning" prize to the winner of the 2024 edition, Dr Sophie Pilleron (Luxembourg Institute of Health, Luxembourg).

Following the award ceremony, the prizewinner gave a lecture on the theme of "Elderly people and cancer: let's do better !".

The delightful evening ended with a cocktail reception.
