Go Rango Go
Lions Serve the Blind
The Lions Club Al Lëtzebuerg has just donated two RANGO devices worth €2,800 for regular white cane users.
Recently, Patrick Hurst and Damien Talbot of the Lëtzebuerger Blannevereenegung commented on the undeniable advances made by this new electronic tool, which is attached to the handle of the cane and offers blind people greater ease and pleasure in moving around safely in both familiar and unfamiliar environments.
The Lions Luxembourg Foundation's "Go Rango Go" initiative is continuing its momentum by making Rangos available to training centers and locomotion instructors, who pass them on to interested blind people.
Any individual or association wishing to join this solidarity initiative can make a donation to the Lions Foundation at
CCPL LU68 1111 7048 0503 0000 with the mention "Fonds SightFirst".
