"THE "ÉIMAISCHEN", THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE "PECKVILLERCHER"

Thousands of visitors, onlookers and curious tourists gather every year on Easter Monday from 8 am in the streets of the Old Town of Luxembourg around the Fish Market to experience the unique atmosphere of the Éimaischen created in 1827.

This traditional market of potters and ceramists brings together creators, merchants and collectors of "Péckvillecher" in an environment mixing humming and bi-sonorous sounds of these multicolored whistling birds.

Traditionally, the Lions Club "Al Lëtzebuerg" also presents its limited annual version, produced by the HMC League's ceramic workshop and sold for the benefit of the Lions Club's service projects.

The colorful pair of birds is the perfect gift for family events such as sweethearts' day or engagement parties.
